We are a team of ABC Certified practitioners providing cutting edge, high quality Orthotic Devices to improve patients’ quality of life. We have a large inventory of off-the-shelf braces, and with a state-of-the art custom fabrication lab on site we have a quick turn around for custom devices.

Orthotics are mechanical devices that are fit and applied to the body to modify structural or functional characteristics of the neuromusculoskeletal system. Orthotic treatment is often employed to relieve pain, manage deformities and reduce abnormal neuromuscular dysfunction. Orthotic treatment may be used to:

Prevent, reduce, or stabilize a deformity
Modify the range of motion of a joint
Add to the length or alter the shape of a segment
Compensate for weak muscle activity or control muscle hyperactivity
Reduce or redistribute the load on tissues

Last March I saw David Paolino At New Beginnings. I have Multiple Sclerosis. (I go to the MS Dream Center, MS support group down the hall) I wanted know if there were any braces (I have Dropped Foot) better than what I was using on the market. I showed David everything I have been using now and over the last 20 years. He told me that what I was using is the best out there for me. I really apricate that he did not try to sell me an expensive brace I really did not need. Another thing we talked about was Knee Hyperextension. I have been dealing with it for 10 years. I showed him a large brace that went from my upper leg to my toe. It was very large and unmanageable when traveling. He had a much better idea. He made me some wedged to wear under my STEP-SMART BRACE. They stopped my knee from Hyper Extending. After 3 or 4 months I didn't need the wedges anymore. Thanks David for giving me something simple that works.
