Brian and all the staff made my son’s helmet journey a breeze! They were accommodating and quick to get us in the office whenever we had an issue. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Last March I saw David Paolino At New Beginnings. I have Multiple Sclerosis. (I go to the MS Dream Center, MS support group down the hall) I wanted know if there were any braces (I have Dropped Foot) better than what I was using on the market. I showed David everything I have been using now and over the last 20 years. He told me that what I was using is the best out there for me. I really apricate that he did not try to sell me an expensive brace I really did not need. Another thing we talked about was Knee Hyperextension. I have been dealing with it for 10 years. I showed him a large brace that went from my upper leg to my toe. It was very large and unmanageable when traveling. He had a much better idea. He made me some wedged to wear under my STEP-SMART BRACE. They stopped my knee from Hyper Extending. After 3 or 4 months I didn't need the wedges anymore. Thanks David for giving me something simple that works.
