David is an American Board-certified Orthotist who has served people of all ages in Southern New England for over 30 years.

David has three decades of experience providing direct in-patient care at Rhode Island Hospital, the State’s largest hospital and only level one trauma center; Hasbro Children’s Hospital; and Miriam Hospital. He assisted RIH in achieving burn certification by providing burn mask services. He has designed, fabricated, and fit orthotics for patients of all ages from infants to the elderly and assisted in the development of the Providence Scoliosis nighttime orthosis. He has presented at Physician’s Grand Rounds and departmental in-service lectures.

David is knowledgeable about the many types of orthoses and complex conditions that require their necessity. He specializes in scoliosis bracing, lower limb bracing and infant helmets. He is certified in both the Providence and Boston Scoliosis systems, Orthomerica’s Smartsoc Plagiocephaly Infant helmet system, Walk-aide and more.
